What we do

We provide mechanical design, manufacture and installation services across a variety of sectors, supporting a diverse range of industries across Scotland and North England. Established in 1966, we are proud to have strong roots in the Ayrshire community.

In line with our evolution and growth, we deliver a broad variety of projects in terms of scale, complexity and value from our dedicated workshops (mild steel, stainless steel and GRP) in Newmilns and our offices in Newmilns and Glasgow.

Design

Our design-led approach places our highly experienced design team at the heart of project planning, manufacture and delivery.

Their skills and experience are backed up with the latest 3d laser-scanning and modelling capabilities, and underpinned by ongoing investment in training, hardware and software. Combining all of this with a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence is what helps set Dustacco apart.

Client Testimonials

“The level of communication and support from the project and design teams to resolve issues that arose throughout this project was excellent. It is undoubtedly this collaborative working relationship that have made the projects a success for Scottish Water.”
“I think the journey Dustacco’s been on is an inspiration to many. Your competitors have a lot of catching up to do. Where you go next with this will be interesting when I think about what you have achieved in a relatively short space of time, changing mindsets of your employees and installation teams alike.”
“Technical knowledge is excellent and this is captured within the designs that we have received. Communication is always key to a successful project and this has also been excellent from Dustacco’s design team and project manager.”
“Thanks to you and the Dustacco team for a cracking job – the pipework and staircases look great, and you’ve been a pleasure to deal with.”
